The objects of The Friends of Clann na nGael:
- To advance the physical education, development, personal health and fitness of children and young adults across the North East region of England. (regardless of ability), and to promote the art and culture of dance.

We will be raising funds at a table top sale to be run by
St Oswald's Hospice in Gosforth. Sunday 30th June 2013
To help make this venture a success we would welcome any item that you may have, which is no longer of use to you or your family. We will recycle your cast offs and transform them into funds for pupils at the dance school and help the hospice with its invaluable work. PLEASE DIG DEEP -------- Remember

The Friends of Clann na nGael are proposing to hold an Autumn Fayre
on the 22nd September, further details to be advised.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your help and support,
which is needed to make fundraising within the school effective.
Dates for your diary: 30th June Table Top Sale, 3rd August Bag pack at Morrisons,
22nd September Autumn Fayre, 5th October Family Ceilidh further information to follow. How it works
Easyfundraising  works in a similar way to nectar, but instead of earning points
when you shop, you raise a donation for the Friends of Clann na nGael. It's as
simple as that! You can shop with over 2,000 well known stores and each will
upto 15% of what you spend. For example, John Lewis will donate 2.5%,
Amazon 2.5%, The Body Shop 10%, some insurance retailers will even donate up
to £30 simply for taking out a policy with them!
It doesn't cost you a penny more
The great thing is it won't cost you any more, plus there's lots of voucher codes
and special discounts
so you can actually save money while you help your good
.There is no cost for the good cause either – our service is totally free.

How to generate donations
It's very simple - once you've registered with us, when you shop with one of our retailers,
our system makes a note of your purchase, collects the donation from the retailer and
passes it to your chosen good cause. That's it! No hassle for you, we do all the hard work while you shop as your normally would. Get started

  1. Click on ‘Find a cause’ and select the cause you wish to support -
    'Friends of Clann na nGael'.
  2. Fill out the quick form to register your details.Find the retailer you want to shop with.
  3. Click to visit the retailer, then shop as you normally would.
  4. Your donation will be shown in your easyfundraising account within 30 days.

    You can also raise money for your cause everytime you search the web with If your cause is registered with easyfundraising, it will also appear
    on easysearch and you and other supporters will raise ½p with every search.
    It may not sound a lot but it all adds up.
